Who we are
DRC Car Care is a car detailing and valeting business run by Cameron Duffy, based at Unit 12, Amalgam Park, Tinsley Park Road, Sheffield S9 5DL. We decide how the personal information described here is used. You can contact us at info@drccarcare.com or on 07379 992852.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, call us or book a job, we may collect:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your vehicle's make and model, and the quote or service you're interested in
- the address where you'd like the work done, for mobile jobs
- notes about the job, such as the condition of the car or access arrangements
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out the work, and contact you about your booking. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiries sent through the website form are stored securely by our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, which processes them on our behalf. We only share your information with others where the law requires it.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The enquiry form is provided by our CRM provider and may set cookies needed for the form to work and to record where an enquiry came from. The maps on this site are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when a map loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@drccarcare.comand we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
