I'm Cameron Duffy, founder of DRC Car Care.
I started DRC Car Care in Sheffield in 2021 as a mobile valeting business. Today we work from a unit at Amalgam Park as well as on driveways across the city.
The story
Why I started DRC.
I was always obsessed with being my own boss. When it came to deciding between university and getting a job, I couldn't see myself doing either, so I went with what I knew. I'd been cleaning my own car for years, and in 2021 I started DRC Car Care as a mobile valeting business.
We started off fully mobile and we're now mobile and unit based, with more customers every year. There have been ups and downs along the way, but we've kept coming through them and kept improving.
My aim hasn't changed since day one: to deliver the best possible service for every customer, whether that's a maintenance wash on a family car or a three stage correction on something special.

Word of mouth and Google reviews brought in more customers every year, a lot of them on regular maintenance visits.

Moved into Amalgam Park
We took on a unit on Tinsley Park Road, so paint correction and coatings can be done under cover alongside the mobile work.

How we work
What you can expect from us.
Prep before polish
Every paint job starts with a full chemical and clay decontamination. Polishing contaminated paint just grinds the dirt in.
Safe washing, every time
A pre-wash first, then the two bucket method. Most swirl marks come from washing, so we don't wash the way that causes them.
Protection that lasts
Our coatings are Reign by Performance PPL, rated for 7 years. Our deep cleans finish with a ceramic sealant good for around 3 months.
Straight answers
We'll tell you what each package will and won't achieve before you book, including the marks that won't come out.
