Elsecar cars come to our unit in Sheffield, around 10 miles away, for ceramic coatings. Once a car is coated, keeping it clean between washes is far quicker, whether you do it yourself or we do it on a maintenance plan.

Our unit is at Unit 12, Amalgam Park, Tinsley Park Road, Sheffield S9 5DL, around 10 miles from Elsecar and a few minutes from junction 34 of the M1. Machine polishing and coatings need clean, dry conditions and proper lighting, which is why we do them there.
We don't do ceramic coating on driveways: it's done at the unit every time. Deep cleans, valets and maintenance washes are the jobs we bring to your home in Elsecar.
The process
The same process we follow for every car, whether it comes from Elsecar or round the corner.
The engine bay gets a tidy and the wheels and arches are deep cleaned first, so nothing dirty gets flung onto clean paint later.
Door shuts are pre-washed and contact washed. They're where grime hides and they're the first thing you see when you open the car.
A pre-wash goes over the whole car to break down as much dirt and grime as possible before anything touches the paint.
A careful hand wash removes what the pre-wash loosened, without dragging grit across the clear coat.
Tar remover, then an iron fallout remover to dissolve the brake dust and metal particles bonded to the paint.
A water spot remover takes out mineral marks, followed by a neutralising product so the surface is clean and balanced.
Clay lifts the last bonded contaminants, so the paint is perfectly smooth before the polisher comes out.
A single stage enhancement is included. Upgrade to a two or three stage correction if the paint needs it.
Removes the polishing oils so the coating bonds to clean clear coat rather than to residue.
Applied panel by panel, then left to cure into a hard, glossy layer rated for 7 years.

It depends on the polish underneath. A single stage enhancement alone is 10 to 14 hours of work before the coating goes on, and a two or three stage correction takes longer.
